Worldwide Standard free shipping on all orders.

Delivery in 3-5 days from the moment you receive shipping confirmation.

Worldwide Express shipping available for a fee of 15 EUR. 

Delivery in 1-3 business day from the moment you receive shipping confirmation.                                             

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours and will make a delivery attempt to the address indicated when ordering.

 

Pre-order

You have the opportunity to pre-order the products designated by Viktor&Rolf.

All articles for which a pre-order is possible are expressly marked on the Website as “Pre-order”.

The delivery timeframe for each product is noted in the product description and is approximately 2-4 weeks starting from the receipt of the confirmation email.

Should your pre-order also contain non pre-order products, such articles will be shipped by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for shipping.

Upon each shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package so that you can track it on the courier's website.

 

Custom Duties & Taxes

Please note delivery costs include duties and taxes for EU countries, UK USA and Switzerland.

For orders outside covered countries, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by their local customs office upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control.

 

 

  1. How will my order be delivered?

If you have selected home delivery, the order will be delivered by the courier during working hours. We remind you that someone must be present at the delivery to sign for receipt of the package.

After the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note with instructions regarding future attempts or will deliver the package to the nearest access point, if present in your area.

  1. What can I do if my order is not delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the expected deadlines, we invite you to:

  • check the status of your order in the Orders section of your account or by entering the order number in the confirmation email on the Track your order page.
  • make sure the address indicated for delivery is correct.

In case of missed delivery, contact the courier.

  1. Can I choose a delivery date/time?

It is not currently possible to choose a specific delivery date and time. You can try contacting the courier directly to arrange delivery.

 

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship orders to pre-poste, post office boxes and remote locations specified at checkout.

Orders placed to one of these addresses will be cancelled. The delivery address must match the country/region site where you placed your order.

Orders placed from a different site will be automatically cancelled. You can check the country/region you are in from the bottom right corner of each page of the website.
